Welcome to SRAE!

SRAE Project Mission

The purpose of the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) program is to implement sexual risk avoidance education that teaches adolescents how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity.

SRAE is a federal initiative that seeks to prevent negative outcomes that could have lasting effects on a young person’s health, future career prospects, and economic stability.

In our local program, live curriculum classes are taught by trained facilitators. Eligible teens participate in a live 10-hour course and receive a worthwhile incentive for completion.
